What’s the significance of challenge by choice coaching?
Coaching begins in your present and moves you towards a clear direction for your future. For a client to move in that direction, there are often challenging questions. Add to that the assumptions we have for every single person we coach, which are we believe you are naturally whole, creative, resourceful, valuable, and relational; you are able to solve complex problems; you are worthy of championing; you are ready to live at choice. And with those things, you have the autonomy to say yes to those challenges, say no, or say, “I don’t want to answer/do that, but I will this.” It’s your choice. Your choice. We’ll also encourage you, though, that some of the hardest challenges are fraught with incredible transformation. Bottom line, we’re here to move your towards all the potentialing you can experience.
*Potentialing: living in a state of constant growth because how much satisfaction would it be to reach your pinnacle and be done after you get the dream job, marry the perfect partner, win that elusive lottery? There’s always something beyond that where we can grow towards.
