Creating spaces to reframe and unlock possibility

What’s the significance of challenge by choice in coaching?

Coaching begins right now to move you forward. To do that, there are often challenging questions. Yet we believe:

  • You are naturally whole, creative, resourceful, valuable, and relational

  • You are able to solve complex problems

  • You are worthy of championing

  • You are ready to live at choice

And with those things, you have the autonomy to say yes to those challenges, say no, or say, “I don’t want to answer/do that, but I will this.”

It’s your choice. Your choice. We’ll also encourage you, though, that some of the hardest challenges are fraught with incredible transformation.

This was quite an eye opening experience. Tracey made me feel welcome. I was a person not an appointment. She asked questions, listened, and made me think. Thanks to Tracey, I have taken leaps of faith and am enjoying the ride! —Clivette, Client

"Sandy has a unique presence that promotes safety and acceptance. She practices active listening while asking challenging questions that inspire growth. I especially benefited from the purpose statement activity which challenged me to think creatively and deeply about who I am called to be. Sandy is responsible and intentional and you know she values you because her actions reflect it. She is truly your greatest advocate. As someone who has been impacted by her coaching, I highly recommend her competency and character." —Tiffany, Client
