The UPS Store on Arlington Road is sponsoring this event to bring about more enhanced customer service for Amazon Return Customers! We want to help you expedite returning Amazon packages—a particular challenge for many customers. You are not alone!
If you’d appreciate assistance with using your iPhone for Amazon returns, as well as learning some other tips and tools, we’re here to help! Challenge by Choice Coaching is hosting and providing content on things like, but certainly not limited to:
accessing email from your phone
taking and emailing a screenshot
downloading the Amazon app
downloading your email app (e.g. Gmail, Yahoo, etc.)
understanding and utilizing QR codes
how to connect to wifi
notifications
updates
We’ll meet at the Green Branch Library at 6:00 PM for an hour and get started on time to maximize our time together. We’ll then stay another half hour for those looking for help with any additional specific questions.
